How do I make a purchase?
Shopping with us is easy! Just browse through our skincare collection, click on a product you love, choose your preferred size or option, and hit “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, click the shopping bag icon at the top right, review your goodies, and follow the checkout steps. That’s it – self-care delivered!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder (sometimes emails like to hide there!). Still no luck? Just drop us a quick message – we’re happy to help.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Life happens – we get it! If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we can update your address. Just email us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change.
How long will shipping take?
Here’s a quick guide:
· Within the Netherlands: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.
· Within EU: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We love sharing CceNatural products worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Just keep in mind that any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow the journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skincare as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, you can return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened products unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Just contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
