All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

3. Delivery and Responsibility
We are committed to meeting our delivery timelines. The EU's Consumer Rights Directive stipulates that goods must be delivered within 30 days, unless a different timeframe is explicitly agreed upon. CceNatural is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods that occurs before they are physically delivered to you.
4. Order Tracking and Notification
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have issues with your shipment, please get in touch with us for assistance.
5. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
